The Twenty-Year Land Registry Certification is a service that allows you to reconstruct the cadastral history of a property for the twenty years prior to the date of request.

Who can apply for it?

Anyone in Italy can request the Twenty-Year Mortgage and Catastral Certification, provided they have a PDF copy of the seizure already notified and transcribed, or know the cadastral data of the property. To make the request, simply fill out the online form and enter the cadastral data of the property.

What does the 20-Year Land Registry Certification include?

Also known as the Twenty-Year Notarial Report, this certification includes a declaration made by a notary regarding: the assets subject to execution, the destination and identifying elements of the object of the execution, the mortgage history, transcriptions and prejudicial registrations of the property in the last twenty years. Therefore, the service includes:

• 20-year mortgage certification
• Map Extract
• Historical cadastral extract
• According to Article 567 of the Code of Civil Procedure, this document is necessary to complete the procedure for requesting the sale of the seized property.
