What does the 20-Year Land Registry Certification include?
Also known as the Twenty-Year Notarial Report, this certification includes a declaration made by a notary regarding: the assets subject to execution, the destination and identifying elements of the object of the execution, the mortgage history, transcriptions and prejudicial registrations of the property in the last twenty years. Therefore, the service includes:

- Historical cadastral extract
- According to Article 567 of the Code of Civil Procedure, this document is necessary to complete the procedure for requesting the sale of the seized property.
