Description

The Chamber of Commerce certificate can be requested by anyone, provided that they know the name/company name, VAT number/tax code and province where the company/business/artisan enterprise/society that they intend to obtain the document is based. To request the Chamber of Commerce certificate, the form must be filled in by entering the following information: company name and tax code.

The data contained in the Chamber of Commerce certificate have legal value.

The data contained in the Chamber of Commerce certificate are all the certified Chamber of Commerce information of a company, individual firm, artisan business or corporation, in particular it contains:

1. In the ordinary Chamber of Commerce certificate : the current economic and personal data of the company (VAT number, registered office, corporate purpose, share capital, owners and partners, directors, activities, registers, licenses, roles, etc.).

2. In the historical Chamber of Commerce certificate : both the current economic and personal data of the company (address and registered office; legal form; main activity; start date of activity; current status of activity, certifications or documents that can be consulted), and the "historical" data or all possible modifications and variations of the aforementioned from registration with the Chamber of Commerce to today.

3. In the artisan chamber of commerce certificate : the current economic and personal data of an artisan business.

4. In the Chamber of Commerce certificate of validity : in addition to the data present in the ordinary Chamber of Commerce certificate, it also contains information relating to the current situation of the company, such as the presence of any ongoing bankruptcy procedures.
