Processing times

The processing times via EMAIL for our certificates are:

- approximately 3/7 working days for documents processed urgently (we recommend contacting us to confirm processing times before choosing urgency);

- approximately 15 working days for non-urgent and non-apostilled certificates;

- approximately 40 working days for certificates with apostille.

Description

The AIRE or AIRE certificate of residence can be requested by anyone in any Italian municipality, as long as they are aware of the personal data of the physical subject on whom they intend to obtain the document, provided that the aforementioned is an Italian citizen and has residence abroad.

The AIRE residence certificate is the declaration of the public official certifying the residence of a specific natural person in a foreign municipality. The document has the value of truthfulness and regularity of the information contained therein as signed by the municipal official and has unlimited value throughout the national territory. To request the AIRE residence certificate, you must complete the form by entering the following information:

• first name,
• surname,
• date of birth,
• City of residence.

The residence certificate contains the following data: name and surname, tax code, date of birth, municipality and province of registration and foreign residence address. You may have to pay a tax stamp of €16.00. The AIRE residence certificate has a temporal value of six months from the moment of its issue. After this period, it will be necessary to request a new updated residence certificate.
