Description

The Chamber of Commerce Register is a document that provides administrative, economic and financial information on any company registered in the Company Register. You can request it if you know the company name and VAT number or tax code of the company you are interested in.

Types of Chamber of Commerce Certificate:

1. Ordinary Chamber of Commerce Registration: Provides all the current data of the company, including the address and registered office, the legal form, the main activity, the start date of the activity, the current state of activity and any certifications or documents that can be consulted.

2. Historical Chamber of Commerce Registration: Includes both the current data of the company and the "historical" data, i.e. all possible modifications and variations of the aforementioned data from the moment of registration in the Company Register to today.

When to request the Chamber of Commerce certificate:

• To find out the balance sheet of a company.

• To find out the type of activity carried out by a company.

• To know the composition of a company.

• To find out about the legal representative of a company.

• To see if a company's activity has changed.

• To check if the name of a company has changed.

• To check if the company has made any sales.

• To check if the company has changed shareholders or directors.
