The baptism certificate is a document that certifies the reception of the sacrament of baptism by a natural person in an Italian church, of which the personal data and the place of celebration are known. To obtain it, simply fill out the form with the following information:

NB The baptism certificate can be requested in any Italian church that is under the authority of the Holy Trinity (Baptist Churches, Lutheran Churches, Methodist Churches, Waldensian Churches, Orthodox Churches and Anglican Churches/Communities). What is written in the baptism certificate
The baptismal certificate contains all the data relating to the sacrament of baptism and the baptized person, which are recorded in religious books. In particular:

Full name and surname of the baptized person;

Name of the parents of the baptized person;

Name of the godfather and godmother of the baptized person.
