Description

The certificate of pending charges of administrative offences deriving from a crime lists the judicial provisions with which an entity is charged with an administrative offence and includes any other judicial provision relating to such charge, issued at all stages and levels of the process.

The certificate of registrations present in the register of pending charges of administrative offences can be requested:

from the interested body;

by public administrations or managers of public services, when necessary for the performance of their functions;

by the criminal judicial authority, which directly provides for its acquisition.

The request for the certificate must be submitted by the legal representative of the entity or through a delegate. The request must be accompanied by a non-certified photocopy of the document proving legal representation.

The certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

The price includes:

• 1 stamp duty of €16.00 for every two pages of the certificate
• 1 stamp duty of €3.92 for certificate fees for the collection of certificates without urgency
