The Anti-Pedophilia Certificate

contains the following inscriptions:

• convictions for the crimes provided for in Articles 600-bis, 600-ter, 600-quater, 600-quater.1, 600-quinquies and 609-undecies of the Criminal Code,
• prohibitive sanctions for the exercise of activities that involve direct and regular contact with minors, or the perpetual ban from any position in schools of all levels, as well as from any office or service in public or private institutions or structures frequented predominantly by minors and the security measure of the ban on carrying out work that involves habitual contact with minors.

Must be requested:

• from the private employer, also understood as a voluntary association/organisation when it intends to employ a person to carry out professional activities or organised voluntary activities which involve direct and regular contact with minors, after completing the appropriate form (which will be sent after making the purchase)

What you need:

Copy of the Chamber of Commerce register of the requesting entity or documents certifying the legal form of the entity. The request signed by the legal representative of the company/firm or association/organization and the acquisition of consent from the worker/collaborator are attached to the request.

The request must be accompanied by the identity documents of the legal representative of the organization/company and of the worker/collaborator.
