Processing times
The processing times via EMAIL of our certificates are:
- Approximately 3/7 working days for documents processed urgently (we recommend contacting us to confirm processing times before choosing urgency);
- approximately 15 working days for non-urgent and non-apostilled certificates;
- Approximately 40 working days for certificates with apostille.
The delivery of the document in PAPER format is managed by DHL or Poste Italiane, therefore, we do not assume any responsibility in case of delay or loss of the shipment of the document.

The family status certificate can be obtained by anyone in any Italian municipality, provided that they know the personal details of at least one member of the family for whom they wish to obtain the document and that this person and his or her family are, or have been, registered in an Italian municipality.
To request the family status certificate or the historical family certificate, simply fill out the form providing the following information:

Surname;

Date of birth;

Municipality and province of birth;

Date and municipality of reference.
NB: You may need to pay a stamp duty of €16.00.
Information contained in the family status certificate
The family status certificate contains the personal data of the members of a specific family unit residing in the same home, usually related by kinship (e.g. husband, wife, children, grandchildren). In particular, it contains:

Name and Surname of the members;

Date of birth of the members;

Residential address of the members.
The family status certificate is the declaration of a public official that certifies the registry composition of a family residing in a given municipality. The document (family status certificate) has value of truthfulness and regularity of the information contained therein as it is signed by the municipal official and has unlimited value throughout the national territory.
NB The family status certificate is valid for six months from the time of its issue. After this period, it will be necessary to request a new updated family status certificate.
