Processing times

The processing times via EMAIL of our certificates are:

• Approximately 3/7 working days for documents processed urgently (we recommend contacting us to confirm processing times before choosing urgency);
• approximately 15 working days for non-urgent and non-apostilled certificates;
• Approximately 40 working days for certificates with apostille.

The delivery of the document in PAPER format is managed by DHL or Poste Italiane, therefore, we do not assume any responsibility in case of delay or loss of the shipment of the document.

Description

The contextual certificate of residence and family status reports, in addition to the address of residence of the subject, also all the personal data (with specification of the degree of kinship) of the members of his family, namely:

• Name and Surname;
• Tax ID code;
• Date of birth;
• Municipality and province of residence;
• Residential address.

The contextual certificate of residence and family status is the document with which the public official certifies the residence and family registry composition of a specific individual registered in an Italian municipality.

The document (contextual certificate of residence and family status) has the value of truth and regularity of the information contained therein as it is signed by the municipal official and has unlimited validity throughout the national territory.

NB the contextual certificate is valid for six months from the moment of its issue, after this period, it will be necessary to request a new contextual certificate of residence and family status.

1. Subject of the Service
Our service consists of forwarding the request to the competent Municipality on behalf of the Client and following up to ensure the application is processed as soon as possible.

2. Limitation of Liability
The success or failure of the request and the corresponding response times do not depend on our work; they are at the sole discretion and responsibility of the Municipality. Our task is considered complete upon the successful transmission of the request, regardless of the outcome (positive, negative, etc.).

3. Client Awareness
The Client declares to be aware of the possible negative outcomes of the request, including, but not limited to, the inability to obtain the document or the ineligibility of the requesting party.

4. Cost of the Service
The cost of the service exclusively covers our activity of forwarding and managing the request and is not refundable in the event of a negative outcome or delays on the part of the Municipality.

5. Timelines
The processing times indicated in the application are estimated times, as we cannot guarantee a precise date for the application's completion. Response times depend solely on the Municipality and can vary. It will be our job to follow up with the Municipality to obtain the document as soon as possible.
