By email in pdf format within 60 minutes of the request for all orders placed between 9:00 and 18:00 from Monday to Friday. In other cases, processing will be carried out on the morning of the following working day.

Description

The Cadastral Map Extract represents a specific section of a map showing the shape of a piece of land and its boundaries within a radius of 1,000 metres, and can be requested by anyone for land located anywhere in the country.

To make a request, you must fill out a form with the following information:

• The municipality where the land is located
• The address of the land
• The ground sheet
• The land particle
• Please note that it cannot be requested for provinces that use the land register system (Trento, Bolzano).

The Cadastral Map Extract is generally provided in 1/2000 scale format, but in larger areas the 1/4000 scale can be used. The 1/1000 or 1/500 scales can also be used.

The cadastral map extract contains information on the parcel of land for which the document was requested and the boundaries or contours of the same within a radius of 1000 meters, including:

• Other lands
• Buildings
• Roads
• Railways
• Lakes, etc.

The Land Registry Map Extract graphically displays the technical drawing of the reference land as registered in the Land Registry. Its validity concerns the data contained at the time of the request.

Please note that the data contained in the Land Registry Map Extract have NO legal value, the Land Registry is not a probative body.

The Land Registry Map Extract is mainly used to know the boundaries of a certain land or building, however, the request for this document can be essential if:

• You want to do a renovation
• You want to build a new building
